- Client's Order;
- Client's Questionnaire (physical or legal person);
- Notice letter on the acceptance of the order;
- Report of negotiations with the citizen about an opportunity of giving order to Law firm "Rezultat" and the signing of contract on the execution of the given order;
- Decree of the director of the law firm "Rezultat" «On appointment of the executor and preparation for the Project execution of the client's order»;
- Contract on execution of the order between the Client and the Firm.
Besides, the following papers are enclosed with the client's order:
- Questionnaire on the quality of work on execution of the order;
- Questionnaire for conduct of personal interview to reveal client's attitude to the essence of the execution of the given order for a certain moment;
- The «Chronology of the Project» table.

- Access to the documents is possible only in case you have filled the personal information in the Client's Questionnaire. After that you can evoke a sample of any document for familiarisation. The firm has the right to contact you and to check the reliability of the information given by you.
- If you have filled the Questionnaire of the Client, you get access to fill next documents. Alongside with it you receive the brief instruction on your further actions and actions of the Firm.
- All the information recorded in the Questionnaire and Client's order is brought in only with the consent of and at will of the Client.
- Information presented by you in the Client's Questionnaire and other documents is strictly confidential and is not subject to publicity.
