The client's order is received by the law firm "Rezultat".

The head of Practice, and experts in corresponding field (direction):

• Study the core of the problem with which the Client addressed to the Firm;
• Define a level of a problem, its complexity and amount of work necessary for the execution of the accepted order;
• Consider possible risks and probability of the conflict of interests;
• Define cost of execution of the order (amount of work);
• Define the expert in charge of the execution of the accepted Client's order.

In case of the positive solution of the question on acceptance of the client's order, the Notice letter is sent to the Client, which specifies:

• Experts of the firm appointed to the execution of the order;
• Kind of work (brief description of service) in which the order will be executed;
• Way and mode of communications between the expert and the Client;
• Amount and form of payment of works;
• Planned terms of the execution of the order;
• Evidence of that the conflict of interests is absent or there is an opportunity of its occurrence;
• Information on possible risks.

The contract draft of Firm with the Client on the acceptance of the order for the execution is also sent to the client.
