• Represents the necessary legal conclusions in due time and in case of a foreseen delay informs about it;
• Strictly observes confidentiality of the information, concerning the Client and his/her Assignments and would use it only from his/her sanction;
• Represents clear, precise and full report on the execution of the Assignment, proved rates of commission and charges according to the conditions of agreement.
